ABOUT:

**PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING.** All of my earrings are handmade! With making anything handmade there can be slight imperfections and blemishes. Although I work very hard and to the best of my ability to eliminate any markings and air bubbles, there is no way that I can make them completely free of blemishes. If you are wanting a product that is perfect then please do NOT purchase my handmade products. Buying handmade means knowing that you are buying something with slight imperfections. Their uniqueness is my favorite part and I personally LOVE it! 

 

 

SHIPPING:

It will take 5-7 business days for your package to ship out once you have placed an order. If you are placing a custom order it will take 7-10 business days to ship once I begin making your customs. I use first class shipping and provide your tracking number! Please be advised that once your order has been shipped and left my hands, USPS is responsible for your shipment. I will help in any way that I can in the event that your package is not delivered by them, etc. but again, once I ship your package it is then the responsibility of USPS. If you make multiple orders please be aware that I will not return shipping fees. My shipping prices are less than they would normally be and this helps to cover handling and material fees that help transport your earrings. I cannot go through all of my orders to combine them! Thank you for your understanding. 

 

RETURNS:

If you believe there is a design flaw in your earrings I will review them on a case by case basis within the first 30 days of purchase. If a remake is agreed upon I will send you a return shipping label and your original earrings must be sent to me within 5 days of receiving the label. Earrings that arrive back to me damaged will not receive a remake and you are fully responsible for paying full price for a new pair. Earrings must be returned in proper packaging. PLEASE NOTE, polymer clay jewelry is imperfect and when you purchase my handmade items from me you are agreeing to buying something that will have slight imperfections and blemishes. I will not agree to a remake/refund/return for these slight imperfections. Every earring is different!! I cannot duplicate earrings 100%. There are no returns on customs.

 

TIPS & CARE:

 

Polymer clay is durable, but under no circumstances should these earrings be bent, mishandled, etc. I understand that accidents happen and if for some reason your earrings are damaged please email me with the contact info provided and I will review your earrings on a case by case basis.

CUSTOMS:

 

I only make 3 custom orders a week and I am normally booked out at least a month in advance. Please be aware of this when placing a custom order! Customs take a little longer than my normal earrings. Customs will take 7-10 business days to get to you from the date of availability I give you! There are no returns on customs. I am currently booked out until January 2020.
